Our Biltong Smoked Whisky is a handcrafted, air-dried delicacy, made from 97% premium Greek free-range beef, infused with 0.3% whisky flavoring to create a deep, smoky, and sophisticated taste. Traditionally, cured in a South African way, this biltong is immersed in a slow drying process, during which the beef’s rich umami qualities are intensified and the whisky essence introduces a warm oak note. Arranged only with salt and natural flavorings, this snack has a high protein value of 28g per portion while experiencing the smooth and beautiful taste in the mouth that every piece lingers with.
This biltong is richly protein-packed with a whopping 60g of protein per 100g, which not only makes it a delicious treat but also a great performance food for those who exercise, do manual work or are looking for good quality protein that will help in the muscle recovery process and feel a boost in the energy.
