Ingredients

1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
120g (4 oz) pizza mozzarella, shredded
60g (2 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
100g (3.5 oz) thinly sliced biltong

1 cup fresh rocket (arugula)
2 tbsp olive oil
Tomato pizza sauce as base

Method

Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.
Spread pizza sauce over base, sprinkle mozzarella and feta.
Bake for 8–10 mins until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
Remove from oven, top immediately with biltong slices, rocket, and drizzle with olive oil.
Slice and serve hot.

Tip: Add caramelized onions for sweetness that pairs beautifully with biltong.
Variation: Try a white pizza with cream sauce instead of tomato.
