Biltong, Feta & Rocket Pizza

Servings: 2–4 | Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 10–12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
  • 120g (4 oz) pizza mozzarella, shredded
  • 60g (2 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100g (3.5 oz) thinly sliced biltong
  • 1 small red onion, caramelized (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh rocket (arugula)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Tomato pizza sauce as base

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.
  • Spread pizza sauce over base, sprinkle mozzarella and feta.
  • Bake for 8–10 mins until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  • Remove from oven, top immediately with biltong slices, rocket, and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Slice and serve hot.

Tip: Add caramelized onions for sweetness that pairs beautifully with biltong.
Variation: Try a white pizza with cream sauce instead of tomato.
