Ingredients
- 1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
- 120g (4 oz) pizza mozzarella, shredded
- 60g (2 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
- 100g (3.5 oz) thinly sliced biltong
- 1 small red onion, caramelized (optional)
- 1 cup fresh rocket (arugula)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Tomato pizza sauce as base
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.
- Spread pizza sauce over base, sprinkle mozzarella and feta.
- Bake for 8–10 mins until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven, top immediately with biltong slices, rocket, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Slice and serve hot.
Tip: Add caramelized onions for sweetness that pairs beautifully with biltong.
Variation: Try a white pizza with cream sauce instead of tomato.
