Ingredients
- 2 slices fresh bread or 1 large tortilla wrap
- 60g (2 oz) sliced biltong
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2–3 tomato slices
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (or spicy mayo/chutney)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
For Sandwich:
- Spread mayo on bread slices.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, and biltong.
- Season lightly, close sandwich, and slice in half.
For Wrap:
- Spread mayo or chutney over tortilla.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, and biltong down the center.
- Roll tightly, cut in half, and serve.
Tip: Toast bread or tortilla for extra texture.
Variation: Add pickles, cheese, or chilli sauce for a flavor boost.
