How should I store my awarded salami, bresaola, or biltong?

Store unopened products in a cool and dry place or refrigerate at 0 4 o C. It may be opened, and then wrapped in breathable paper or kept in an airtight container in the fridge. To serve them best, leave them to come to room temperature.
