The Greek Black Pig Coppa is truly a culinary masterpiece, with its great taste and 97% prime Greek black pig meat, and it also requires an eight-month-old maturation for such an exceptional depth of essentially.
Curing without the usual raw ingredients but only with a balanced combination of salt, black pepper, red paprika, and chili, this each cut of the charcuterie board creates a “smoky and spicy” character. A very marbled texture which was made with the slow curing process acquired this to its natural fat that was abundant in it giving every piece an intense umami flavor.
The bright red color and the silky feel of this coppa make it an incredible and good example of the traditional Greek salami.
