Our Kobe Bresaola is truly a treasure as it is made from 97% Japanese Kobe beef, one of the most coveted types of meat worldwide.
After being cured for eight months, this bresaola finds its way to an extremely soft, tender texture, and a very intense, umami-rich flavour of the eating, which is contributed by the very particular natural marbling of Kobe beef.
With the addition of salt, black pepper, and the strictly chosen spices, the long maturation process it underwent makes the bresaola a delicate sweet and luxurious mouthfeel.
The final product is a flowing silky sensation and a taste that makes it impossible for you to chew but only swallow which shows the craftsmanship of traditional Japanese Wagyu.
