Mpoumpas Beef Salami Bovino, a handmade delicacy- comprised of the art of slow curing. It is made using select Greek beef that undergoes extensive refining of at least six months- an excellent time of allowing the flavors to develop a sophisticated and full of rich taste with the right proportion of smokiness and natural beef sweetness.
This small batch salami is aged in a controlled environment to reach a firm and tender texture that has a strong and rich umami taste with every bite. Having no artificial preservatives and containing only natural ingredients, it is an embodiment of dedication to quality, tradition, and pure craftsmanship evident in Mpoumpas.
