Food safety is not an option at Mpoumpas. All the products are manufactured according to high standards of hygiene under controlled conditions, and there is complete farm to packaging traceability.

 

We perform standard laboratory analysis and use comprehensive visual and sensor diagnostics of every batch to be sure that it could respond to both Greek and EU safety requirements.

 

These works are performed in our workshop by certified meat experts with up-to-date equipment and ultimate hygiene. Every batch of meat is checked visually, inspected through sensory evaluations, and detailed lab testing Anything that comes out of our workshop has to meet our utmost safety guidelines.

Rigorous Standards & Pure Greek Meat

We use exclusively fresh quality Greek meat of trusted farms. The animals are raised raised without hormones or antibiotics, on natural feed.

 

This creates a meat with balanced fat and rich flavor, perfect for salami and cold cuts.
