Greek made using 97 percent of Greek black pig meat naturally aged over 8 months in a condition of controlled humidity.
Slightly salted, freshly ground black pepper, earthy aromatics, and traditional smoking techniques make this an even smoked product, with well-balanced flavor, a hint of smoke, natural sweetness, and savory rich flavor of the black pig itself. Its whole-leg shape allows it to provide the best slicing control, a long shelf life and a high yield, ideal for charcuterie board, gourmet sandwiches, antipasti and high-end food retail.
